Phase I · 2026
Trial plot
A 1.5-acre experimental maize farm to validate seed choice, soil practice, yield and cost per acre under real conditions.
- 1.5 acres planted & growing
- Yield & input data collection
- Quality benchmarking at harvest
We are building a maize business the honest way: prove it on a trial plot, scale it to commercial acreage, then turn our own harvest into organic cornflakes for Kenya and the world.
Our story
Every serious agribusiness starts with evidence, not promises. We took a 1.5-acre plot of Kenyan soil, prepared it by hand and by machine, and planted our first maize trial. The photos below are the same journey — from bare, freshly tilled earth to a healthy, fast-growing crop. This trial teaches us our yields, our costs, and our quality before we scale a single acre further.
The roadmap
We grow the business the same way we grow the crop — in stages, each one earning the next.
Phase I · 2026
A 1.5-acre experimental maize farm to validate seed choice, soil practice, yield and cost per acre under real conditions.
Phase II · Expansion
Scale the proven model to 10–20 acres and supply quality maize to the Kenyan market at volume.
Phase III · Manufacturing
Process part of our own harvest into organic cornflakes and maize products for local shelves and export to Europe and the USA.
The field
Straight from the plot — no filters, no stock photos. This is what we're growing right now.
The vision
Most maize leaves the farm as a raw commodity. We plan to keep the value at home — growing, milling and toasting our own organic cornflakes in Kenya, then selling them locally and abroad.
Phase III turns our harvest into a finished product — cornflakes and maize foods, grown, processed and packed on the farm.
